30 Min Total Body Weight Loss and Fat Burn – At Home
This workout is a quick 30-minute burn consisting of 10 cardio exercises paired up into 5 supersets. You will get to do each of these twice in the first part of the class, and one more during the second portion of the class by running through them with smaller breaks and less repetitions to burn off any extra energy (and of course those calories) you have left.
