Hello everyone, today we bring you a hiit routine to burn abdominal fat, which is the type of training that has proven to be the most effective when it comes to burning fat, among many other benefits.
In this training we will combine several types of exercises. Boxing movements such as low intensity aerobics and recovery, full body exercises for high intensity exercises and to finish specific exercises for the abdominal area.
The training consists of 3 parts, a short warm-up, then a HIIT aerobox exercise circuit that will be repeated 3 times and to finish an abdominal exercise circuit that will be repeated 2 times.
