Workout explanation
SET 1 CARDIO:
• Walk down/up
• Jumping jack + drop squat
• Punches
• Side kicks
• Forward jumps + shuffle back

SET 2 CORE:
• Cross crunch
• Sit up
• Downward side kick R+L
• Balance
• Shoot out

SET 3 AMRAP: perform each move apart as many times as possible in 1 min time
• Walk down/up
• Downward side kick R+L
• Side kicks
• Shoot out
• Jumping jack + drop squat
